Gillum’s Bet On Yourself Foundation (“the Foundation”) collects only the information you give us: your name and email when you donate or join our email list, and the details you submit when you nominate a player, RSVP to an event, or contact us. We use it to process your gift, send your receipt, respond to you, and share Foundation updates. We never sell personal information.

Donations are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Children. Nominations describe minors. Nothing submitted through a nomination is published anywhere. We contact the nominator first, and no photo, name, or story of a minor is made public without a signed parental or guardian release.

Analytics. We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
